Appointment Policy

We’re excited to care for you!

For returning physiotherapy patients who have not been seen in over 3 months but less than 6 months, we ask that you schedule a minimum 45-minute follow-up appointment. If it has been more than 6 months since your last visit, a new assessment is required. This allows your therapist the time needed to re-evaluate your current condition, address any changes that may have occurred, and create an updated treatment plan tailored specifically to you.

To help us manage our schedule and ensure every patient receives the best possible care, we kindly ask for a credit card on file when booking your appointment. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice) or a no-show, which results in a $50 fee.
